SAINT LOUIS — With less than two weeks before election day, Missouri governor candidate Eric Greitens attended rallies across the Show-Me-State on Sunday.
Joining the republican candidate on his campaign tour was Wisconsin governor Scott Walker. Walker, who has held office since 2011, preached to an estimated 300 people his backing of the promises Greiten's has made if he is elected the next governor.
Navy seal Eric Greitens is going to help Missouri create more jobs, higher wages, better schools, and safer communities...if you elect him your next governor on November 8th," said Walker.
The latest polls have Greitens statistically tied with democratic candidate Chris Koster.
A major topic of discussion at the rally was Koster's handling of the Ferguson, Missouri riots.
"Right now three of the most violent cities in America," Greitens said. "Chris Koster is our chief law enforcement officer and he's been failing all over the state of Missouri and on November 8th we're putting an end to Chris Koster."
